Quickstart
Recommended path: create account, verify email, choose a plan, complete Stripe checkout, then track provisioning from the dashboard.
Create an account at sign in and verify your email.
Choose a builder plan on the pricing page and complete Stripe checkout.
Track provisioning in your dashboard .
When your server is ready, use the host and credentials shown in the dashboard (and sent by email).
After checkout
Once payment succeeds, your order moves through four stages:
Payment received — checkout is complete.
Provisioning — we allocate your server in the selected region.
Server ready — host/IP is assigned.
Credentials delivered — SSH or RDP access details are available.
Typical provisioning completes within 24 hours. Your dashboard updates automatically and shows a waiting state until credentials are ready.
If checkout was cancelled
No charge is made. Return to plans and try again, or contact support@aevix.host if you had a payment issue.
Connecting
Linux / SSH
Use the host/IP, username, and password from your dashboard order card.
Example: ssh user@your-server-ip
Default SSH port is 22 unless your credentials specify another port.
Windows / RDP
Open Remote Desktop and connect to the host/IP provided.
Use the username and password from your credentials block.
RDP port is usually 3389 unless noted otherwise.
Billing FAQ
All orders appear in your dashboard with payment status and amount paid.
Monthly spend excludes unpaid or abandoned checkout attempts.
Billing cycles: monthly, quarterly (−15%), or yearly (2 months free).
Receipts, invoices, and payment method updates are handled through the Stripe Billing Portal from the dashboard.

You can also use live chat on the site when signed in.
Security
Stripe handles card entry and payment records. aevix does not store raw card details.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects signup, login, password reset, and checkout creation.
Email verification is required before checkout so orders remain tied to a reachable owner.
Report abuse or security issues to support@aevix.host with timestamps, IPs, and relevant order details.

Terms of service
You are responsible for workloads running on your servers. Abuse, illegal activity, and crypto mining without approval are prohibited.
Privacy policy
We store account email, order metadata, payment references, and operational logs required to provision and support your infrastructure.
Refund policy
If checkout is cancelled, no charge is made. If provisioning fails and we cannot deliver your server, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For duplicate charges or billing questions, contact support with your Stripe receipt or order number.
Acceptable use
No spam, malware, DDoS, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, or resource abuse. We may suspend servers that threaten platform stability, violate provider policy, or create risk for other customers.
